Question: Do you ship internationally? How fast is your shipping?
Answer: I ship USPS first class worldwide. If you'd like to upgrade your shipping and are willing to pay for the difference, or are interested in delivery confirmation or insurance, please don't hesitate to ask!
Question: How much do you charge for shipping?
Answer: -For domestic shipping (within the US) I charge $2 for the first item and $1 for each additional item after that, up to a maximum of $5.
-For shipping to CA, UK or GB I charge $3 for the first item and $1 for each additional item after that up to a maximum of $7.
-For shipping to AT,BE,FR,DE,GL,IS,IE,IT,NO,NL,DK,PL,ES,SE,CH,FI,PT,IL, GR,TW,CN, NZ, or HK I charge $4 for the first item and $1 for each additional item up to a total of $10.
If your country is not on this list please contact me and I will add it.
Question: Where do you get your supplies?
Answer: If I told you, I would have to kill you. No, just kidding. Actually, it takes a lot of time and effort to find my supplies, and I get them at many different places. I usually search through Etsy first since TONS of people there are always destashing! I also search Ebay and look through stores in my area for good finds. If you are looking for supplies I do have a supply & destash store where you can find a bunch of awesome beads & charms that I use in my jewelry!
Question: What happens if my item is lost in transit or arrives broken?
Answer: Luckily, I have yet to experience this! The USPS has been very good to me. However if you do not receive your item, and it is under $20 I will happily send you a replacement as long as you pay for the shipping and a delivery confirmation (you can always request a delivery confirmation with your purchase, just in case! It's only $.75 extra!) If your item arrives broken and you can show me a picture or other proof that the item is not up to standard, you can mail it back to me to be fixed at no charge to you (for one of a kind items) or I can send you a replacement at the cost of shipping.
Question: I don't have a Paypal. Can I still purchase an item?
Answer: Yes! You can pay by credit card at checkout, or Email Me at lia.saunders@gmail.com for an address where you can send concealed cash, checks, or money orders.
Question: I don't have pierced ears! How can I enjoy your amazing earrings?
Answer: I am happy to convert ANY of my earrings to clip-on backs at NO additional charge! Just note your preference in the "comments" box during checkout!
Question: Is it true you give a free gift if you fill out a short questionnaire?
Answer: Yup. I call it a "complimentary appreciation gift." What it means is that I toss in a little gift to show my appreciation for your input. Email Me at lia.saunders@gmail.com to answer the questionnaire!

Answer: You can see feedback and leave feedback for orders from omglia.com HERE at the guestbook. I also have 100% positive feedback at my Etsy shop.

Answer: You can read all about me on my About Me page. But in short, my name is Lia, and I am a 19 year old college student who loves to make things!

Answer: You're too kind. The best way to help is to wear your purchases from me and tell EVERYONE where you got them! Word of mouth is the best kind of promotion you can do for me! In addition, you can visit the Link Me page for lots of banners with easy copy and paste codes that you can put on your myspace page, blog, LJ, and website. You can also Email Me your address to recieve postcards and business cards with free shipping discounts on them to give out to anyone and everyone!

Answer: Absolutely! I love doing link exchanges, and I will gladly feature you on my site if you'll do the same for me.
